The Dubai World Trade Centre Tower

The Dubai World Trade Centre Tower was inaugurated in 1979 and since then has become the most prestigious building on Dubai's skyline. The Tower stands 184 metres high and is one of the tallest buildings in the region.

TowerThe Tower comprises 39 floors, 28 of them are let commercially with a total net lettable space of approximately 283,000 square feet.

Tenants in the Trade Center Tower read like the "Who's Who" of international businesses. Among the 110 tenants include Schlumberger, Johnson & Johnson, General Motors, Master Card International, Sony Broadcast and Federal Express. The Tower also provides the ideal location for the Consulates of the United States of America, Australia, Switzerland, Turkey, Italy, Spain and Japan.

Services offered in the Tower include 24 hour security, reception, travel agent, car hire, taxi service, news agent, gift shop, film and document processing, courier and retail banks. The Tower has its own Post Office which enables tenants to have their post boxes within the building. In addition, a quick service restaurant -Take Five- is situated on Level 5. Breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks are available in this self service restaurant.
